Ron brings over 20 years of coaching and sports programming experience to RJZ SPORTS MANAGEMENT. Ron is an engaging and motivating speaker. He provides valuable insight into the dynamics of coaching and the sports experience. He is all about playing and having fun even while coaching. To him sports should be about fun and learning!

* Head Coach North Penn Valkyries Rugby team

* Former Head Coach of Bryn Mawr and Haverford College Rugby

* Head Coach North Penn Rugby Club High School Girls' team  

* Has coached college, high school, youth, men and women teams in a variety of sports

* Has coached multiple championship teams in different sports

* College team has finished third nationally twice in a Division of bigger schools

* Published coaching manual

* Internationally recognized as a certified rugby coach

* Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Administration

* Extensive Graduate work in Recreation Management

* Completed certificate program in Athletic Training

* Certified in the Management of Aggressive Behavior

* Published Sports Marketing Manual for Athletic Administrators

* Former Division I athlete in baseball and rugby

* Extensive experience in Sports Facility Planning & Management & Marketing

* Extensive experience in Sports Programming & Development

* Has worked with professional sports teams with corporate partnerships

* Has extensive experience in the development of sports marketing and sports   sponsorship programs

* Founding Father and Board Member of the North Penn Rugby Football Club

* Served on numerous Youth Sports Boards

* Developed The Dynamic Sports Model
